Condensed Milk Bar Brittle with Assorted Nuts
Ingredients for base:
75g flour, sifted
75g self-raising flour, sifted
40g grated coconut
100g melted butter
Ingredients for topping:
400g MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer
70g chocolate chips
150g assorted nuts
70g dates, soaked in water
Heat oven to 180°C.
Grease and line 8”x 8” baking tray with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients (flour, self-raising flour, grated coconut, sugar dan melted butter) together.
Place mixture into baking tray and press down firmly.
Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, assorted nuts and dates, then pour MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer evenly on top.
Place the above toppings on the biscuit base.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Set aside to cool before placing in refrigerator overnight.
Melted butter can be replaced with cooking oil.
