Rising Fortune Wrap


500g chicken breast meat without skin, minced coarsely

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp seafood sauce

4 tbsp MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk

1 tbsp sesame oil

½ tbsp salt

2 tsp potato flour

1 tbsp chopped ginger

1 small red capsicum, sliced thin

8 baby corn, sliced thick

4 fresh shitake mushrooms, diced

1 tbsp oyster sauce

10 to 12 pieces lettuce leaves

  1. Combine minced chicken with light soy sauce, seafood sauce, MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk, sesame oil, salt and potato flour. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil and stir-fry marinated minced chicken for 2 minutes (high heat). Remove to a side plate.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a fresh pan, sauté ginger till fragrant, put in mushrooms, red capsicum, baby corn and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add in oyster sauce and cooked minced chicken. Briefly stir-fry mixture and turn off fire.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture into a serving plate with lettuce leaves placed on the side to be used for wrapping mixture.
Chef's Tip:
Tortilla wrap or Vietnamese rice paper is also good as wrap.
