BEEF AND GROUNDNUT GRAVY

Ingredients

150g ground beef

1pc asam gelugur

100g MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer

50g cooking oil

150g groundnuts, skinned, roasted and pounded

Salt and sugar to taste

 

Ingredient to be blend:

 

15 pcs dried chillies, soaked in hot water

3 sticks lemongrass

2 tomatoes, skinned

2 onions

1 bulb of garlic

Method

  1. Heat up some oil in a pan, and fry the blended ingredients until oil splits.
  2. Add in ground beef, groundnuts and MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer. Finally, add in asam gelugur and season to taste with salt and sugar.
  3. Serve with lontong, ketupat or rice.
