Rojak Asma

Ingredients
Ingredients to make sauce:
200g groundnuts, roasted and pounded
100g sweet potato, roasted and mashed
50g MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk
1 tbsp white sesame, roasted
50g gula Melaka
200g tamarind juice
30g cooking oil
Salt and pepper
Ingredients to be blended:
20 cloves garlic
20 dried chillies, soaked in hot water
3 shallots
1 red onion
1 inch turmeric
2 inch ginger
10g good quality dried shrimps
30g cooking oil
Ingredients for garnish:
Fried tempe
Fried fishball
Boiled Eggs
Prawn crackers
Method
- In a wok, heat oil and sauté blended items till fragrant.
- Add in groundnuts, sweet potato, MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk, white sesame, gula Melaka, tamarind juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with fried tempe, fried fish balls, boiled eggs and prawn crackers.
