Rojak Asma


Ingredients to make sauce:

200g groundnuts, roasted and pounded

100g sweet potato, roasted and mashed

50g MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk

1 tbsp white sesame, roasted

50g gula Melaka

200g tamarind juice

30g cooking oil

Salt and pepper


Ingredients to be blended:

20 cloves garlic

20 dried chillies, soaked in hot water

3 shallots

1 red onion

1 inch turmeric

2 inch ginger

10g good quality dried shrimps

30g cooking oil


Ingredients for garnish:

Fried tempe

Fried fishball

Boiled Eggs

Prawn crackers


  1. In a wok, heat oil and sauté blended items till fragrant.
  2. Add in groundnuts, sweet potato, MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk, white sesame, gula Melaka, tamarind juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with fried tempe, fried fish balls, boiled eggs and prawn crackers.
